Responsible AI

We use AI to draft, to summarize, and to search, and we do not use it to decide. A person reads every conclusion before it reaches a client, and a person stands on the ground before a recommendation is made. The map is drawn by a person who walked it.

We do not use AI to value a property without a person's review, and we do not use it to write a diligence conclusion that a person has not checked. The ground truth is a person on the ground, not a model on a server.
