Environmental Services in Central Kentucky
We scope, select, and manage the environmental work on a development or acquisition, but a qualified third party Environmental Professional performs and signs the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. We do not imply in house engineering or environmental licensure. Our role is to run the process so the report will hold up in a financing and in a defense.
A Phase I scoped too narrowly to save a fee will miss the recognized environmental condition, and the buyer inherits a liability that costs multiples of the study.
We measure what is actually there, not what the record says.
Zoning, historic designation, utilities, and market, read together.
We verify in the field before assumptions get expensive.
The lines meet, the numbers reconcile, the deal closes.
